Clinical Supervision

We developed our clinical supervision program in response to what we know is often an unmet need in our field - high quality supervision, feeling supported with clear guidance, ways to counter burnout, and figuring out how to make the most of our mental health degrees.

All of our supervisors have extensive experience supervising mental health professionals and leading clinical programs and teams. Our focus is on figuring out your developmental level as a clinician and helping you align with why you entered the field in the first place.

Our clinical supervision program is designed to meet the scope of supervision needs for both licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals.

Supervision can be provided individually or in a group setting and covers a broad range of topics catered to your needs.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION PROGRAM

TIER 1

UNLICENSED
SUPERVISION

For unlicensed mental health professionals who want to gain hours toward their clinical licensure.

  • This level of supervision is for clinicians looking to develop their clinical skills, discover their therapeutic style and approach, and solidify their knowledge of clinical methodology, ethics, and professional mandates. We also provide exam preparation and career guidance.

TIER 2

LICENSED
SUPERVISION

For licensed mental health professionals who want to refine their therapeutic style and further develop their clinical skills.

  • This level is often focused on helping clinicians better identify and articulate the reasons for their intuitive decisions and reactions. We also explore possible career paths including direct clinical work, program development, and starting a private practice.

TIER 3

LEADERSHIP
COACHING

For mental health directors, managers, supervisors, administrators and group private practice owners.

  • This level covers common leadership themes including identifying your leadership style, understanding the role of hierarchy in the supervisory relationship and program expansion and development. We also cover systemic challenges such as staff retention and morale, managing team dynamics, and “managing up” to higher-level administrators and stakeholders.

SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER SUPERVISION

ALL TIERS

Adds a specialized school social work focus to any of the above tiers.

At this level, you are supervised by a clinician who holds a Professional Educator License (PEL). Common themes include clinical work within an educational system, navigating complex multidisciplinary relationships, balancing multiple—and often competing—demands, and developing IEPs and school programs to best address student needs.
