I believe that people do the best they can to get through life and if life isn’t going as we expected or hoped for, something is likely getting in the way. It may be reflexive thinking based on past experiences, skills that need to be strengthened, or emotions that are lingering and affecting decision making.
My focus is on interrupting these automatic responses by providing perspective and helping you ride the wave of emotions, instead of letting them become the filter through which you see the world. Together, we’ll figure out why the obstacles are there and then work to develop new skills, strengthen existing ones, and learn to problem solve – allowing us to focus on the future.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, as well as those struggling to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My passion lies in helping people understand how their brain works and developing strategies that align with who you are—whether it's learning new skills, exploring the unspoken through metaphor, or using humor and playfulness to lighten the load.

I love spending time with my family, watching movies, and reading a good book. We are a super competitive bunch, so game playing is also a big deal. To get away from it all, we like to disconnect and go camping, taking some great hikes along the way.
