we help find, not fix, who you are
We’re here to walk with you along your unique life path. Chances are it doesn’t feel as easy to navigate or the same as others you know. Your path may have been shaped by something you were born with, marked by people and systems around you, or changed by circumstances beyond your control. Our mission is to help you embrace, navigate and master your journey, your non-linear path.
We help you find, not fix, who you are.
our services
We provide tailored psychotherapy, parent counseling, clinical supervision, and educational consultation services. Our approach builds on your unique characteristics and is personalized to fit you, your family, or your organization. We blend classic methods with non-traditional techniques and ground it all in neuroscientific research on how our brains work.
Psychotherapy
We focus on identifying and understanding old patterns, building resilience and hope, and embracing the uncertainty and inevitable changes that life throws our way.
Parent Counseling
We provide support and counseling to parents who are working through how to parent when life – or your child – diverges from what is expected. We’ll help you move from living in fear and uncertainty to parenting with confidence, joy and most importantly, hope.
Clinical Supervision
We provide independent clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals. Supervision can be provided individually or in a group setting and covers a broad range of topics depending on your needs.
Educational Consulting
We provide educational consulting in both traditional and alternative schools, ranging from preschool through higher education. Our educational consultants are Licensed Clinical Social Workers who also hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) and have extensive experience as both school administrators and school staff members.

some questions we get asked a lot
-
Psychotherapy sessions typically start off weekly and are less frequent over time. The frequency will depend on both your needs and schedule. We want to make sure that your needs are met, but also that the frequency is realistic for what else you have to manage in your life.
-
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.

The best (and most common) answer is: It depends. The therapy process is really defined by what you hope to accomplish and when you do, you may want to start weaning from therapy. And you’ll know when it’s time.
Some clients want help getting through a specific time in their lives and end therapy afterwards. Others enjoy ongoing therapy and want to make sure they take this time for themselves throughout their lives.

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO and United Healthcare. Some of our therapists are also in network with Medicare and Aetna. We also help clients access their out-of-network benefits and HSA & HRA plans. If you do not have insurance or do not wish to use your insurance, the initial evaluation session is $150 and subsequent sessions are $140.

Yes, currently most of our therapy sessions are held via a HIPAA-protected video platform or by phone. Many of our clients report that the use of Telehealth has enabled them to more easily access therapy services and make time for their mental health.
